Message	1.039 (3.9%), just increase rear tire aspect ratio about 4% for taller side wall thus larger rolling diameter. BTW such a small reduction in gear ratio will only lower final engine rpm about 100 and will not that be that noticable thru the gears, not worth the cost for the gears if they were available.
