Subject	Airfuel goes lean when headlights and ac are cut on!

Message	trying to figure out whats going on here. I have a good battery and my alterntor is a 140 amp . I have a taurus Efan and when I try to run the headlights and Ac the my airfuel goes into the 18,19,and 20's and the car trys to stall at idle. With out the ac running or headlights I have about 13.8 at the battery. What could be wrong. With the ac or lights on it drops to 12.3 ish... both and E fan running 11.7
