Subject	update on 4 and 6 issue

Message	[ http://www.twinturbo.net/nissan/300zx/forums/technical/view/1127706/Two-cylinders-fail-PB-test-need-ideas.html ] after lengthening the wires, I foolishly swapped the coil pack plugs (both 4 and 6 come out of the same wiring loom, mine are not labeled). I rechecked after aliaZs suggestion, and cyl 6 came back...however cyl 4r is still down. compression is good (165), injector is good (flow tested at 914cc on wednesday), wiring has 12V and continuity, spark plug is good, coil pack is good (swapped both with good cylinders). I am hoping there was a blockage in the injector that was sprayed out during the flowtest and I will retest soon. thank you all who helped. Greater NY area Z32 owner? Join the NYZC NYZC |
