Message to measure the resistance and electric resistence increases with temp. Based on my 1992 Z and Infiniti I30 they read about 11.5 Ohms when cold at about 80 F and less than 14 when warmed up.

Your readings of 14 to 16 are slightly out of spec and showing signs of electric issues but IMO not high enough to cause misfire.

Are you measuring injector ohms warmed up?
Are the injector electric prongs clean?
Are the connectors clean?
Are the wires to the connectors free of green corrosion? Might be hard to see wire corrosion unless you pull back some of the insulation. When I replaced my injectors to the new style also had to upgrad to new style connectors and when I cut out the old connectots and stripped back the insulation there was lots of green corrosion in the wires. Had to cut back about 2" to corrosion free wires.
