Subject	injector problem

Message	hey guys, so my 94 tt z32 was running like a dream and i had to leave town for work for a week. when i came back i started it up and it ran like piss. it didn't idle to bad but when i gave it gas it would bog down. one of my injector connectors was cracking and falling apart and when i pulled it off while the motor was running it still ran the same. the old connector was also all corroded so i bought a new connector, installed it, and cleaned off the prongs on the injector. still runs like crap. i put a power tester on the connector wires, ground on the ground wire and power on the power, and im getting a constant 12 volts from it. is that what im supposed to have? because i thought that the ecu controlled the ground and connected it every time it needed to spray fuel. is my injector constantly spraying fuel? i need help!
