Message	if your left rear shock has given up the ghost, i.e. it is leaking it will contribute to an uneven sag. Inspect shock for trail of dried fluid. If you see it, then it's time to replace it. Eibach is an affordable option that offers a lowering height of about 1.5". I have them on my car. No complaints. Whether it's "best", who knows? Some like to have even more of a drop, or coil overs, etc. Up to you really, on what you prefer and your driving style.
