| Fuel, air, spark, and compression. You said fuel is there but have you tried turning it over with the fuel line disconnected from the engine? Pull the line off the regulator, stick it in a bottle and crank it. See if fuel is PUMPING and not just present in the lines. Also ohm out your injectors, check the voltage at the injector plugs, and check your PTU connections. Now for air... Your MAF is installed AND plugged in? I had my filter and MAF pop off once and it will certainly keep the car from starting. Also might wanna swap it with one from a running Z just to rule that out. Next check your spark. Make sure the plugs aren't fouled and all your coil pack are installed and plugged in. Test the coil pack connectors. Try known good coil packs. Lastly compression. Do a compression test. If that turns out within spec do a boost/vaccum leak test. A bad vaccum leak can also cause hard starts. Get back with us after you have done all that.
