Message Bit more complex than the title... This problem has gotten progressively worse and is the main reason I have not been driving my car. I haven't had time to deal with it, but I will have a week off coming up and I want this FIXED!

The last 3 times I've driven it, it has been to the gym which is 2 miles away. Gets there fine and runs great. ~1.5 hours later I return home and each time it has started cutting out and then dies. It generally happens after hitting a minor bump (first idea was loose connection, they are all in great condition and were checked).

This latest time it left me on the side of the road and it sounded like the fuel pump was running nonstop, there was hissing at the top of the engine which I believe was from the fuel pump going full blast with the car off (fuel pressure gauge read very high, I think the FPR couldn't keep up with full pump/car off). Car wouldn't start. Pulled off negative battery cable, replaced, started up and then everything went back to normal for the short trip home (ran a bit rough as it probably fouled the plugs).

Summary:
-Car starts cutting out after driving a few miles, usually when going over a minor bump, and has left me on the side of the road a couple times.
-Fuel pump remained priming with car off (I think ignition was on, but it might have just been the acc) instead of 1-2 second prime. Probably messing up my injector o-rings
-Strong fuel smell when car dies
-The only fuel components that have not been replaced in the last 4k miles are the fuel pump, fuel pump controller, and relays
-Removing negative battery cable and replacing allowed me to start the car and go
-If I let it sit and idle it will go forever and not have a problem (only way for me to test...is to get stranded)
-I opened up FPC and it looked perfect. Swapped fuel related relays with other relays yesterday (haven't had a chance to drive yet).

My first guess was the FPC, but after further reading it seems when that goes bad the car simply doesn't prime and won't run. I'm hoping the relay swap fixes this, but I figure I might as well ask for ideas. This issue has my mind boggled. What can cause these symptoms? Could it be the ECU?

Sorry for the long post.
