Message	Yeah the synchro is grinding for sure....but the cause of it might not be because of it being worn out...I dont know...its an easy inspection....I could see some members checking it out one day when they're bored too see if there rubbers are cracked or worn out....on the bracket...its worth a shot...to actually fix the problem then using a band-aid solution.
