so the clutch is prolly good...the grinding and gears not going in is telling you that the clutch is not dissengageing properly. Check to make sure that your reservior is topped off with fluid, also make sure that your slave cylinder has the right amount of travel when the clutch peddal is pressed in. If the lines are bled, fluid is full, but slave still isnt getting correct travel, check the adjustment knob for the peddal under the dash, if that doesn't work, you may need to replace the slave cylinder. Assuming they did a proper job installing your clutch, one of the things i said should fix your tranny issue.
