I have a 94TT On the first start up of the day, the engine seems to want to stall really badly. Once started, and I move it to first gear, I have to give a lot of throttle [keep it near 1500rpm] while releasing the clutch or the car will stall out. Then the car runs extremely hiccupy. It also grinds at low rpms [0-1500] while driving. This only happens until the temperature gauge goes warm. Then it starts to run normally, and all other start ups are fine, no significant grinding. [the temp gauge remains up] I had a sports clutch put in like 4 years/10000miles ago.[I haven't driven it much recently] So I don't think that is the problem? Could it be the trans going? or transmission fluid? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
