Subject	I just discovered a problem with power to the cigarette

Message	lighter (not used for smoking). Power goes off when I turn on my headlights, I never realized I had an issue until i tried to charge my phone, So before pull out the schematics and trace the circuit maybe someone ran into this problem before and can save me some time. At this point I'm thinking Diode problem.
