Message	Blipping the throttle on my thottle yielded vacuum to the valve also, but with the solenoid connector attached vacuum only occurs for a second or two, whereas when I disconnectd the electrical connector vacuum continues when throttle is open. Previous 25mph NO readings were 1600 ppm; with connector disconnected NO measures 8 ppm. Smog test was done last week.
