| Hi Guys, I have a couple questions regarding the NA ECU and I'm hoping an guru or two catches this, and is nice enough to give an opinion. 1) Is it possible to tell the ECU to pull timing as if the knock sensor heard det? I realize that I could probably pump some frequency into the knock sensor lead but there must be a simpler way. For example, what about fooling the ecu by faking overheating by putting a false resistance on the water temp input? Does the ECU retard timing on overheating? Are there other conditions besides knock that tell the ECU to pull timing? 2) Concerning the NA ecu and fuel pump control. If I run a TT program in the NA ECU.. I plan to just run a walbro using NA FP controller and wiring. Will the TT program (with 2 speed in software, I presume) affect the single speed setup of the NA? I'm wondering if maybe the single line of the NA would cut out when the ecu TT program goes to FP high speed? TIA.
