Taking the engine down again for the second time was more time consuming than anything besides being a bubble breaker, at least it wasn't as intimidating as the first time :). I was very meticulous during the refurbishing of my lifters. Not sure if I did any thing wrong or not but I really don't think so. I was in the process of refurbishing them (again) but this time I was going to assembly them full submerged in oil. While contemplating buying OEM lifters for $700+ I found the ITM lifters. During my research I saw on several other forums that people had used these without any complaints. Hindsight I would have bought the after market lifters for $400 during the first re-assembly and saved a lot of time. It was a lot easier with the engine out of the vehicle versus being in (obviously!). All I can say at this point is the engine is extremely quiet. I need to break the engine in another couple hundred miles then I get to throw some boost at it. Thanks again for everyone's help to resolve this issue. Only wish I had replaced them the first time! :)
