| I'm also in the process of doing this modification as well. 1.) For the transverse link I would suggest burning the bushing out with a blow torch. It will take some time cause you have to burn, scrape, burn, scrape, but it will eventually come out, then I used a dremel with a wire wheel and cleaned up whatever was missed. 2.) The tension rod is pretty easy. I used the track from an old wheel bearing to push this one out but basically you are pushing the entire bushing out. I had atempted to burn this one out, but the outer track of the bushing needs to be removed as well, and it is fluid filled which made a huge mess. I have not had a chance to replace the ones in the back as I'm currently battling a tweaked front support member and bent transverse link. I was not aware that there were bushing for the front upper control arms as many people choose to upgrade these to adjustable ones. In fact I'm fairly positive that my Energy Suspension Master Kit did not include those, nor was I able to find them. Also there should have been some directions included with the bushing kit, although vague about the installation process they proved to be somewhat helpful. I strongly suggest not using a press to remove the transverse link bushings.
