Subject	No fuel, pump not priming

Message	turn ignition key to start and I dont hear the pump make its usual sound, it appears to not be turning on, further more my fuel pressure gauge is not reading anything. Fuse by the Battery is good. Am I right in assuming the Fuel Pump relay by the drivers kick panel is bad? TT BEAST IN PROGRESS!
