Subject	whining sound tied to AC?

Message	Alright I recently did a 120k service. All OEM parts except for upgraded vtc springs and ramey z studs. NM imports in albuquerque took a look at it after I had another shop in east new mexico correct the timing. I had it out of time due to a cam spinning out. Anyway I am now getting a strange whining/whirring sound that seems to appear after turning the AC on. After about 10 minutes of having the AC on and getting to work I could hear the sound when I turned the AC off. I have been trying to avoid the AC as it seems to be making my temp rise after being on for extended time. Don't know if this has any effect but I'm in phoenix now. Using 50/50 coolant which I think wasn't dilluted correctly and no water wetter. if its not the coolant causing the temp to rise I'm guessing my brand new thermostat is sticking due to the rise and the sound I'm hearing? Also I can only hear this outside of the car it cannot be heard inside.
