The one that has the little red cover on it gets tightened down on a stud on the back of the alternator, the connector plugs into the side of the alternator, and the small ground I'm not sure where that goes but since it's not very long I can only assume it would be easy to find once the other two are plugged in. The big ground on the battery harness I can't comment on because I'm not sure if it goes onto the body of the car or the motor..I want to say body. I found any convenient spot and tightened it down and my Z works fine. The positive battery cable will have a red rubber cover over along with a smaller cable tightened on the clamp. The negative will have a bracket-like thing attached to the wiring near the clamp that bolts up right above the battery.
