Message	the teeth to grind on the fly wheel. If you made the video from inside the car I could tell you if that's what it is. Mine does it often but I don't know what sounds like from outside the car. Sounds too consistent to be the starter grinding. Probably a bad battery. Enough power to run but not start. Can you start it at all?
