Message	I just replaced the clamps for battery and still same noise. I will now check voltage to starter. Engine was bought and dropped into this car, came with a blue RPS clutch/pressure plate, hasn't been started and has been sitting without oil for 2 years. The car hasn't driven in 17 years. The car has never been started in my possession but I did manage to crank it with this starter w/o spark plugs. The clutch feels very stiff and I cannot shift into first gear even with clutch all the way to floor. The car rolls fine in neutral.
