Message something that can be tried that's easy to do. Used this to fix a similiar issue in a replacement engine I put in my Z.

Fill up may be half the cylinder with auto-tranny fluid and let sit for a few days. Don't go crazy - just enough to cover the piston end. Suck out the fluid with a turkey baster + hose as best you can. With CAS disconnected and rag down the access tube (not pressed in real firm) crank the engine a bunch of times and rotate the rags as they get fluid sprayed out. Need to get that fluid out before installing the spark plugs...

Put everything back together, run/drive car for a bit and then re-test. See if things get better? You can test right after this is done too but might get false results if some fluid is still in the cylinder? Or can let the engine sit a few days ....

Worked great for me -- retested a few times and all has been good...
