Subject	Any tips for installing 1pc ES bushings?

Message	The rear suspension bushings at least have lips on either side, which is making it ridiculously difficult to get them started into the hole. I've tried allthread/nuts, a screw type bushing press, and a hydraulic shop press, but can't get that first lip in without kinking the bushing or smushing it up. any advice?
