| Ok what do you guys do after you adjust your tensioner on your timing belt to 4mm and you bolt it up? I set my tensioner to 4mm adjusted the belt on the timing marks and than set the belt turned the crank and loosened bolts 1,2 and 3 PER FSM. belt was at a perfect 4mm after hand cranking the motor 100 times. The bolts were torqued down to 16 ft pounds and 4mm hex key was used to check spacing over and over. Now i have the entire car back together and started it up car starts and idles fine. HAS NO POWER while driving and the tensioner is probably .5mm gap on it or sometimes less and sometimes more. Whats the tensioner supposed to be at all the time?
