Subject	Dp bolts backing out

Message	Recently installed 3" dp few months back. Last month top two passenger side dp bolts were out about 1/4 " just tightened them thinking maybe I forgot to tighten them. Just today I was checking suspension and saw driver side dp bolts loose. I can only tighten so much with stubby wrench and limited space. What can I do to prevent this from happening again?
