Ok... I checked the voltage again, and I guess I didn't notice yesterday, but it is actually negative voltage. Thats a good thing. As far as the cooling system, I pressure tested it cold this morning, and discovered that anything over 16 pouunds I had a couple of leaks. I tightened everything, but could only get the system to hold a bit over 14 lbs for any length of time. One thing I thought about is that all of the hoses that feed the turbos and return from the turbos are spring clamps, so I might have one of those bleeding just a little. The FSM says that 14 psi is acceptable, at least that is the test level. I also tested it with the car idling and cycling the thermostat, and it would climb to right at 7 lbs slowly, then when the thermostat would open, it would drop to four or a little less, and begin to build again. When revved, it would climb a pound or two and then drop back when it returned to idle. This, and the fact that I have no milkshake in the crankcase, or the radiator, and no steam out the exhaust pipes, leads me to believe that it is not a head gasket. I put a 13 lb cap on it to get under the level of pressure it'll hold, and will see what that does to the performance of the system.
