First there is a bracket that holds a water pipe in place, but if you complete the tb water bypass you won't have that bracket/pipe anymore. On top of that goes the bracket for the aac valve. If using oem aac hoses, it would be wise to put washers as spacers under the bracket for the aac since the water pipe bracket is missing, thus not to prematurely wear the aac hoses.
