Even WITH the engine already in, you'd remove the radiator, fan, and shroud, as well as all TB piping and accordian pipes. With the bumper off, everything else should be easy to access with the exception of the turbo inlet pipes due to the PS pump and AC compressor. The more I think about it, 20 or so hrs would probably right if you're counting starting from the beginning removing everything mentioned above + doing the install. I was simply counting JUST install time of the pipes.
