Message Bearings on crank and rods looked pretty good, no major scratches or grooves. Crank is in great shape. The piston in number 4 rings had spun around and were almost lined up with each other, probably caused the compression loss.

I measured the bores and they are with-in Nissan specs. If I order stock size Wiseco's (87mm) and just run a hone through all the cylinders to seat the new rings, would that be ok? I keep reading online about how Wiseco's need more wall/cylinder clearance than stock, but since these are stock size do they just fit right in to a stock bored block?

I want to reuse my stock rods. I have read the only weak points are the stock bolts. If I upgrade to ARP bolts what type of HP numbers would they handle safely?

Also after all of this is it really necessary to get the whole rotating assembly balanced again? I keep hearing different things from different people.
