Message Right this is what I’ve been told is the correct setup…..

RPM 720 – 820 (approx on a manual)

TPS should show between 0.4-0.5volt. (Closed Throttle Position)

You can reset the closed throttle switch by unplugging the TPS plug for 10 seconds (the oval plug that is on the separate small cable)

Timing set at 15 Deg (should be done/checked with a timing light)
IACV-AAC/V 15% (but wouldn’t worry up to 20%)
Mas Air Flow 1.30v - The airflow is an approximate value, may vary slightly between cars.

Injector Pulse 2.2 msec Again, average values for STANDARD injectors
Injector Duty 1.61% may vary slightly between cars

A/F Alpha 109%

Water Temp 80 Deg C-84 Deg C
Fuel Temp 25 Deg C-35 Deg C

So,
Your idle speed is too low.
TPS is too low. (like njz said)
AAC way too high.
Air flow a little low.

You need to adjust the TPS reading, adjust the idle, check and clean all the electrical connectors (including the MAF one).
You should also check the timing with a timing light and adjust (the CAS) if required.
