Message	My bad, I replaced the VTC springs with new Nissan OEM springs. I didn't replace the gears. I did do some research after your first reply on the VTC and I am going to disconnect the VTC connectors this evening to see if this makes a difference. Also this noise didn't occur until after the rebuild. It wouldn't hurt my feelings as bad if it is the gears versus the lifters I rebuilt :)
