| What kind of injectors are you running?? Still DW? If so, I would seriously consider that they might be your problem. My car did virtually the same thing with DW 740's. Everything perfectly functioning, multiple attempts to correct with different mafs, TB syncing, a hundred boost leak tests. The car ran like crap idle to midrange, decent at WOT, and the aav was constantly running high at idle. The lack of balance from one DW injector to the next kinda gives the ECU an insolvable equation brain freeze. It doesn't know how to act because one cylinder on one bank may be way rich, one very lean, and one in between. While the other bank may be fine.
