Subject	help with replacing subframe bushing

Message	Please look at the picture and tell me what did I do wrong, What I had spy out does not look like and any pictures on the write-up, as I understand , I need to remove a top and bottom inner sleeves, and then one big outer sleeve, correct me if that is wrong thanks
