| If you have an external speaker amplifier (or sub + amp), you would use the dark blue 'Power antenna / remote' wire. It provides +12V when the headunit is on to tell those other amps to turn on. The light blue 'Power antenna' wire does the same thing except only when the radio is selected on the headunit.
