Sounds a little rash... I would check the voltage and resistance on all your sensors first. Synchronize your throttle bodies, do a boost leak test again, and make sure the ECU plug is seated well in the socket. A lot of times if you don't press it down on the ends as it is going in, it will not engage fully, and the car won't start, or if it does it runs like total crap. I am thinking electrical, not timing belt.
