Message	Who found a way to pass OK the USA state monoxyde emission test while having cancelled EGT, AIV valves, gutted precats and OEM catalytic converter pipes ? This test shall begin next year in Canada Quebec state on all cars older than 12 years to help reducing the pollution by removing them from the road like the state plate won't be allowed. I'm thinking about filling back the OEM gutted precats with heat resistant material like amiantos, hi-heat capable filter (if exist) or an electronic device that ensure passing the test at exhaust tips ?
