and they did so up close to the main harness bundle. Which maybe was the right thing to do, but it makes it so, short of digging into that bundle (which I am not tempting), I'll need to cut and solder again. The only other idea I had was to pull the pins out of the existing connectors, pull the pins/wires out of the new ones, then just shove the existing ones into the new ones. But there are a bunch of reasons why I don't know if that'd work, and what it sounds bad. So I'll probably just cut and solder again. Andy
