Message	backyard mechanic term...Flywheels can only be resurfaced by 2 ways, cutting or grinding. So this "pucking" would have me supicious. Also, a drive shaft can bend just by letting it sit on its side to long. It may only be a few thousands of an inch bent, but that is enough to cause a vibration.
