Ok, after gettng new turbos (sport 700's)...happy engine is going together, then realized I wanted to balance the turbos....using old hoses from previous BC, rigged a pressurized system with gauge. I wanted to have them both at 15psi, hoping factory set was good. Driver's initially was like, 13 psi, adjsuted and fine, passenger is 17 psi....now here is the question, how to reach the linkage for the actuator.....? Thinking about removing either the bracket from the turbo housing, or the actuator from the bracket....access is tight, even if remove oil return tube.......anybody ever remove the actuator while it's on the car, or adjusted.... Assuming pressure gauge is accurate....I could raise driver's side...but I believe 15 psi is the recommendation most agree to for the sport 700's. How important is it to balance them closely, parameters?? Within, 1-2 lbs??? or dead on....? Thanks
