Message I'll change my first guess to it's something regarding your pivot bolt as the most likely culprit for your issues. (jarring off a trailer could cause it to finally give way) But TOB and clutch fork interaction is still my number two guess. :-)

In trying to solve your problem, I keep going back to cause and effect. Problem wasn't there before it went on the trailer, then it was after. So what could happen on the trailer to cause your issues? Only thing I can come up with is sudden jarring entering or leaving trailer, or in transit if hitting pot hole, rough road, causing something to come loose or break. Pivot bolt and TOB fit with that hypothosis.
