oh yeah, i forgt to mention that i used my dremel with the cutting wheel to remove this grid from the front of the blower motor housing, this is so that i can get in there and clean out the crap before i switch my filters. ive already ripped shit apart to clean it out once, i dont want to do it again.
http://i202.photobucket.com/albums/aa24/preprodigy/IMG_2515.jpg ][/img] here is another set of pics showing the hole we cut for the filter, viewed from the underside. [img][ http://i202.photobucket.com/albums/aa24/preprodigy/IMG_2533.jpg ][/img] [img][ http://i202.photobucket.com/albums/aa24/preprodigy/IMG_2532.jpg ][/img] [img][ http://i202.photobucket.com/albums/aa24/preprodigy/IMG_2531.jpg ][/img] also i never mentioned how i made circle hole that matches p with hole on steel plate. i traced the hole from the plate onto the plexi, then marking the center of hole on plexi with a marker i drilled an 1/8" hole. next i used a tool that sheet rockers use to cut round holes in sheet rock for electrical boxes to ceiling lights, smoke detectors ect.. it attaches to a hand helpd drill and cuts perfect round holes. idk if you guys have access to a tool like this, or what you could use instead. but this is what the tool looks like: [img][ http://www.b2b-today.com/userimg/11/318-3/drill-bit-12466.jpg ]"> only mine does not have the plastic dish to collect the dust ect., mine is just the center cutting device.
