I have a 95 300zx n/a and I changed my fuel pump after it died which was then replaced with an OEM n/a fuel pump. Unfortunately, the fuel pump suffers from an infernal buzzing sound when accelerating after the car warms up at about 30-40 mins of highway driving. If it's a hot day, it does it earlier. My mechanic (a very reputable and well known 300zx mechanic) has done all the work and he hasn't been able to figured out why it's doing this. No leaks have been found, hoses have been adjusted, pressure seems to be fine, regulator and dampner has been ruled out. Quick note: I had purchased a twin turbo fuel pump and the noise was there so i went to an N/a fuel pump which was costlier but matches the engine. Still the buzzing noise under load persists. It really ruins the otherwise great drive. All suggestions are appreciated. Thanks
