Message	Not an expert but on any manual car you will not get the rpm increase when switching into gear. That is designed for the automatic transmission. Just step on the gas a bit and there is your increase. I watched your vid first and was going to post here seeing why you would want to have that increase on a manual. I hope someone else posts so i can get my answer. In my opinion that is the wrong thing to do.
