Message In my experience bright white smoke is either coolant, which will have a distinct sick-sweet smell, or fuel if you're dumping a ton (vs. just running a little rich), but if it's fuel it won't have the same sick-sweet smell as coolant.

Since you just replaced your injectors, as njz said, you might want to double check your fuel rail for leaks, specifically the o-rings. People often pinch them which can result in fuel leaks down into the cylinders (possibly as well as into the engine bay).

There's information about this all over the site, but if you're going to reseat the o-rings and injectors, the consensus seems to be to use vasoline or motor oil to lubricate the o-rings and to push the injectors straight into the rail (no twisting) to get the o-rings to seat correctly.

It might be hard to know for sure if you just bought the car...especially having so much fail (seemingly) so suddenly, but since this started after doing the injectors it makes sense to start there.
