| this same test. Just plug the 2 wire ends into the injector connector, maybe tape it up a little to keep things in place and then see if it blinks when the car is started. Just note that the LED is polarity sensitive so has to be connected the right way - + to constant 12v on connector (or someplace else on the car like the battery - doesn't matter) and the - LED connector to the injector connector wire that runs back to the ECU. PS - Autozone has a loaner set of NOID lights, just not sure if any of them fit the type of harness connector used on our cars? FYI: For another car -- I used a bad Z32 injector from which I had carefully removed the top plastic connector. It makes a nice plug to mate with the car's injector harness connector - it had enough of the wire ends on the other side to connect an LED + resistor for a home made NOID light.
