The rear upper control arms have a certain amount of adjustment, but it's nearly impossible to get it good by eye. With a 1" drop you should not have a problem getting it aligned in the rear. The 300 degree kit would surely fix the front without a problem. If you go to get an alignment and they tell you they can't fix, I've had this happen before, because you've lowered it, then try another place. I think it can be done with stock suspension. I lowered mine 1.75" front and 2.2" rear, and I just bought adjustable upper control arms and used multiple 1/4" washers in the front to fix the camber.
