Subject	Boost spike and low boost

Message	I recently installed a new clutch lightened flywheel and 3 downpipes and test pipes. Before the install I had the boost set at 12.5 now it boost hard all the way to 14 even 15 in 1st thru 4th and only 9 in 5th obviously my mods and tune don't support that much boost. I'm trying to turn it back to 12.5. Does anyone know why I would only be able to boost to 9 in 5th? Thanks for any info. I have been using the search function to get insight on resetting my profec b II boost controller but I can't find anything to support low boost in 5th.
