Message	It looks like you might have fluid coming out of the top of that hose and the top of that hose might be cracked? I'm not sure though, I have a tendency to get disoriented looking at closeup engine bay shots. But that would be the first thing I'd check. And if that doesn't fix it, AHos(Chicago) is right. You've just gotta get everything real clean and then try to make it leak while it's up in the air.
