More than likely a lot of the bushing will be cracked and or leaky. I am in the process of replacing all of my bushings. The most common places for bushings to go bad are the front tension rods and sub frame bushings. The tension rod bushings take about 20 minutes to replace. The sub frame bushings require the sub frame to be dropped and the bushings pressed in or out. An alternative would be sub frame bushing collars, however I do not know if that is the best route. If you're looking for a quite ride then go with energy suspension. If your looking to never replace them again or if you're tracking it, go with solids. I have a feeling the energy suspension bushing will never have to be replaced again though. I thought my sub frame was loose for a while until I put some new coil overs on the car, because it would jolt to the right when I hit a bump, but it was just a bad strut. Check your struts. If it has around 150k miles I would go ahead and replace all the suspension bushings and struts. How many miles does it have and what are your plans for the car?
