I'd like to powder coat my pulley, but I'd need to remove the bearing first to keep it from melting in the oven. I tried to get it out for a few seconds with a vise and a couple of sockets, but no luck. It seemed like I probably just tore it up a little bit. Now it still spins reasonably well, but not super smooth. Is this bearing removable / replaceable? Or is the only option to purchase a new pulley?
