Subject	Is it possible to replace bearing in the AC idler pulley?

Message	I'd like to powder coat my pulley, but I'd need to remove the bearing first to keep it from melting in the oven. I tried to get it out for a few seconds with a vise and a couple of sockets, but no luck. It seemed like I probably just tore it up a little bit. Now it still spins reasonably well, but not super smooth. Is this bearing removable / replaceable? Or is the only option to purchase a new pulley?
